okgbd Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okgbd ("we", "us", "the Platform", "okgbd") governing your access to and use of the okgbd website located at https://okgbd.app and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, slots, and any promotional offers made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the okgbd platform and must not register an account.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version in all cases. okgbd operates as an online entertainment platform. Players accept that online gaming involves risk and that okgbd does not guarantee any financial returns from participation in any game or betting market offered on the Platform.

Access to the okgbd platform and participation in any game or betting activity is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are 18 years of age or older. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by okgbd or any recognized responsible gaming body.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent or representative of any commercial gaming operation.
• You have not previously had an account closed by okgbd for violation of these Terms.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts on the Platform.

okgbd takes its age verification obligations seriously. During the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, we will require documentary proof of age and identity before processing any withdrawal from your account. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

To access the full range of okgbd services, you must register a player account. You may only hold one registered account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. okgbd is not liable for any losses arising from outdated contact or payment information held on your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. okgbd will never ask you to disclose your password via email or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active will be deemed to have been carried out by you and you will be held responsible for it.

• One account per person: Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice.
• Accurate information: Providing false registration details, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You must notify okgbd immediately via [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• KYC verification: okgbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point after registration, including before processing any withdrawal.

All financial transactions on the okgbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). okgbd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following locally trusted mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be reflected on the Deposits page of the Platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances where a deposit is delayed due to payment gateway issues, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support. okgbd does not charge any platform-side fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Standard withdrawal processing time is within one hour during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals requested outside core hours may take up to 24 hours to process. Before your first withdrawal, your account must complete KYC verification.

• Funds deposited on the Platform may only be used for gaming purposes. okgbd does not offer a money transfer service.
• okgbd reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals as part of anti-money laundering compliance.
• Withdrawals to a payment method different from the original deposit source require additional verification and management approval.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full (see Section 5).
• Any fraudulent deposit activity, including chargebacks or disputed transactions, will result in account suspension pending investigation.

okgbd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions presented at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless the individual offer explicitly states otherwise.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳30,000. The welcome bonus is available on the first deposit only and must be opted into at the point of making the qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed retroactively.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the individual offer page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute at stated odds minimums. Full game contribution rates are listed on the Promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire after 7 days. Active bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements expire after 30 days of the bonus credit date unless an extended period is specified in the offer terms.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum single bet or wager permitted is ৳500 (or the equivalent in game stake units). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• Abuse & Collusion: okgbd reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors is suspected. Decisions regarding bonus forfeiture are made at the sole discretion of okgbd's compliance team.

okgbd does not change bonus terms retroactively once a player has opted in and met the qualifying conditions. If a terms change is required for compliance or fraud prevention reasons, affected players will be notified before the change takes effect.

By using the okgbd platform you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate Platform outcomes in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from exploited errors are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee or manufacture a financial outcome.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial transaction.
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including operating a sub-agent betting operation or accepting bets on behalf of third parties.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening okgbd staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.

okgbd monitors platform activity on a continuous basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected, okgbd reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

okgbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any provision of these Terms has been violated. In addition to violations outlined in Section 6, accounts may also be suspended or closed in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity associated with the account.
• A chargeback or disputed transaction initiated against okgbd by the player's payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion submitted through the responsible gaming tools (see Section 8).
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of any active bonus funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days. Where closure is due to a Terms violation or fraud investigation, the balance may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

okgbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of tools that registered players can use to manage their gaming activity. These tools are available at all times through the account settings area and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you deposit into your okgbd account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure the Platform to notify you after a set duration of continuous play. These reminders are designed to encourage awareness and regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, or 180 days, or request permanent account closure. During any self-exclusion period, login access is disabled and all promotional communications are suspended.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up notifications showing your net gaming position at regular intervals to maintain awareness of your spending during a session.

All content on the okgbd platform — including but not limited to the okgbd brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, written content, game integrations, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of okgbd or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from okgbd.
• Use the okgbd brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.

Game content delivered through the okgbd platform is the intellectual property of the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others — and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights and licensing terms.

The okgbd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform uptime, performance, and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. okgbd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Loss of data, interrupted gaming sessions, or unsettled bets resulting from connectivity issues on your end or with your mobile wallet provider.
• Decisions made by game RNG systems or sports event outcomes — these are outside okgbd's control and are governed by certified fair-play standards.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, even where okgbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit okgbd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

okgbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law, changes in Platform features or payment methods, new responsible gaming requirements, or operational adjustments necessary to maintain a fair and secure platform.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, registered players will be notified via email to the address registered on their account at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarification of existing provisions without substantive change — may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the okgbd platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not wish to accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact the support team to arrange account closure. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is dated with the effective date at the top of the document.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. okgbd operates as an online entertainment platform and is committed to resolving any disputes with players fairly, promptly, and transparently.

Dispute Resolution Process: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other matter relating to your use of the Platform, you should contact the okgbd support team in the first instance at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, your account username, and any supporting documentation. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the standard support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to the okgbd compliance team. Details for escalation are provided in the acknowledgement email sent in response to your initial complaint.

• All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. okgbd will not consider disputes raised after this window has elapsed.
• Sports betting disputes relating to event results or market settlement are governed by the applicable sportsbook rules published on the Platform.
• Casino game disputes involving RNG outcomes will be reviewed against certified game logs obtained from the relevant game provider.
